Details of National Championship/ conducted during the current year
The National Championship –Winter Sports was conducted from 12-17 February 2019 at Narkanda, Shimla , Himachal Pradesh and Gurgaon Haryana for 366 Male and Female Campers . The event featured the following sports: Alpine Skiing, Snow Boarding , Snow Shoeing, Figure Skating and Ice Speed Skating

Details in respect of International events abroad & held in India
SO Bharat sent a delegation of two Athletes, two Coaches and 1 HOD for the 2020 Special Olympics Invitational Winter Games held in Sweden from 28 Jan- 5 Feb 2020. The event witnessed participation of approx 450 Athletes and Coaches from 19 countries. India won two Gold and two Silver medals in Short Track Speed Skating at this event.

The eventuality of Age fraud by any participant does not arise since every candidate participates on the basis of divisioning. Even if any athlete falls under a higher age group he/she would be divisioned in as per his/her sporting ability.
